Community Information
We need to gather information about your community; population, racial demographics, crime rates, mental health programs, community and diversion programs.
Department Information
We will need staffing, arrest demographics and call volume history and characteristics. We will also need to know about arrest procedures and overall community interaction.
Surveying
Beyond what we can learn from reports and logs, we are going to survey the community and your department to get a picture of community perceptions, leadership, and culture.
Strategic Plan Creation
Based on the information gathered, we will leverage our existing library of goals and objectives and customize for your department. The final version will be between 55 and 75 pages in length. We will need you to provide detail on who will be the owners of each objective and a timeframe to accomplish each.
